Wayne Rooney(England and Manchester United)

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is willing to make Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney the highest paid player at Stamford Bridge in an effort to beat their Premier League rivals Manchester City in the race for the 24-year-old.
